I'd like to buy a gallon can of ketchup and try canning this recipe I think it will be a hit! If anyone has ever canned it and has any tips please let us know. Thx!

This is a great recipe. The flavors are wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is that you saute the onions first so they soften. I also added green bell pepper that I diced to the onions and sauteed for 5-7 minutes. Then I added the other ingredients into the warm pan and then mixed with ground beef.

Very flavorful recipe. There's a lot of salt (sodium) in mustard, ketchup, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce already, so while I wanted to add celery salt, I used celery seeds instead.
