CREAMY PUMPKIN CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. evaporated milk
4 eggs
2 egg whites
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell, high fluted

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool before serving.
