CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (9 inch) pastry shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Whipped cream & nuts for garnish, optional

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In large bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, eggs and spices. Mix well and turn into shell. Bake 15 minutes; reduce oven to 350 degrees and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool thoroughly before cutting. Garnish with whipped cream and nuts if desired.
