KATHY'S FROZEN CREAMY LIME PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. (14 oz. can) Carnation sweetened condensed milk
1 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 c. lime juice
1 prepared 8 inch cookie crumb pie crust (6 oz.)

In a small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed and evaporated milk, beat until smooth. With mixer on medium speed, add lime juice and heat for 1 minute. Pour into pie crust. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with lime slices, berries or mint sprigs before serving.
