“SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE” IS IN:

SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) melted butter
1 pkg. marshmallows

Butter baking dish. Place 1/2 of mixture in dish. Dot with marshmallows, then add remaining mixture. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, dot top with marshmallows and replace in oven about 10 minutes or until brown.

Thank you Thank you! I had a similar recipe that went missing so I was stuck on TDay and it just wasn't good! So I was on a mission for Christmas dinner. Only I knew this wasn't my original recipe till I gave your kudos!

Tonight I needed extras in a hurry so melted the ingredients in the microwave, stirred in potatoes cooked on hi - covered for 4 minutes. topped with marshmallows - then uncovered in 350°F oven for 7 minutes to brown. SO GOOD!!
