2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp. concentrated orange juice (optional)

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
Marshmallows (on top)

Mix all together (first 7 ingredients). Place in casserole dish. Add topping. Bake at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes.
