SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon or other spices if desired

Mix all together. Pour in 2 quart casserole. Make this topping and pour over:

1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until topping is brown. 8 servings.
