LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 tbsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
4 eggs, beaten until fluffy

Mix Jello with 3/4 cup hot water and cool.

Combine all ingredients and beat 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. When done, poke holes into top of cake with a fork. Pour glaze over cake while still hot.

GLAZE:

2 c. sifted powdered sugar
8 tbsp. lemon juice & rind of 1 lemon
4 tbsp. melted butter
