LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. lemon jello
2 tsp. lemon extract

First dissolve jello in hot water and set aside. Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs; beat well. Fold in jello and extract. Bake in oblong pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
2 lemons, grated rind and juice

Mix together and spread on cake while hot.
