LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello, dissolved in 3/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. less 1 tbsp. Wesson oil
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix (NOT pudding cake mix)
3 whole eggs
Grated rind of one lemon

Dissolve Jello in hot water and let cool slightly. Add to cake mix. Then add eggs and Wesson oil. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

LEMON GLAZE:

1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix together until smooth. Drizzle over hot cake.
