SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE WITH
TOPPING
 
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish. Add topping.

TOPPING:

1/3 stick butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup all-purpose flour

Melt butter and mix all ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle over souffle. Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
