STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops, 2 per person
1 lg. bag sauerkraut
Homemade or bought stuffing
Oil

Fry pork chops in oil until nice and brown; remove from skillet. Fry sauerkraut in same pan. Make stuffing. Place pork chops in baking dish, top each chops with a ball of stuffing. Place another chop on top of stuffing. Cover completely with sauerkraut. Bake at 300 degrees until very tender about 3-4 hours.
