STEAK DIANE 
8 slices of beef tenderloin or a thinly sliced Delmonico or rib eye steak
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Cook meat turning once, 3-4 minutes on each side. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 cup butter. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Stir in parsley. Serve steaks with extra mushroom sauce over the top.

My family ate this very quickly and without saying a word during dinner. It was that good. We don't eat onions so, I sprinkled a generous amount of onion powder instead.

Made tonight, very good. I guessed on the mushrooms. Only had dried parsley, put a couple good shakes of it. Might need extra salt. I don't use much salt and it was fine for me.
