1 beef roast
Pepper
Flour
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 can mushroom soup
2 soup cans water

Sprinkle meat lightly with pepper and flour. Spread cooking oil in bottom of roaster, sprinkle onion soup mix over meat. Spread mushroom soup over roast. Add water. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees until tender. Serve over rice if desired.
