ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. tub cottage cheese
1 lg. tub sour cream
16 oz. jar Pace picante sauce
2 pkg. taco seasoning
4 c. mozzarella cheese
12 oz. pkg. corn tortillas

Brown hamburger; drain off fat. Add taco seasoning. Mix thoroughly. Get a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Put a little taco sauce on bottom of pan, lay 3 corn tortillas on top of sauce. Spread 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese and sour cream over tortillas. Spread a layer of hamburger a top of sour cream and cottage cheese, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of hamburger and start your layers again until pan is full. The last layer put corn tortillas on very top and spread taco sauce over top. Heat oven at 350 degrees. Cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until thoroughly heated. Serves 6-10.
