ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. picante sauce
2 c. cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
20 corn tortillas

Mix soup and milk. Grate cheese. Brown meat. Add onion and cook until tender. Add picante sauce and set aside. Spray 11"x9"x2" pan with Pam. Line bottom of pan with torn bite size pieces of corn tortillas. Layer meat, soup and cheese. Cover with corn tortillas, and re-layer meat, soup and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, or until hot and tortillas are tender.
