MY ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger urger meat 1 med. onion 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 can of enchilada sauce 1 can of chopped green chilies 1 c. milk 1/2 lb. grated cheese 1 pkg. of tortillas Brown meat with choopped onion and green chilies (drain grease). Mix browned meat, soup, enchilada sauce and cup of milk in skillet. Tear or cut tortillas into bite size pieces. Layer 1/2 meat sauce in bottom of 9 x 13 pan, then layer 1/2 tortillas on top of meat sauce, and then layer grated cheese. Repeat layering process ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
