2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 1/2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Doritos

Brown hamburger meat and onions; drain. Add soups and enchilada sauce; simmer over low heat. Add milk and cheese; cook until cheese melts. Mix in chips and serve.
