DUTCH APPLE CREAM PIE 
2 med. apples, sliced
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream (whipping)
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Fill unbaked pie shell with sliced apples. Blend sugar and flour. Add cream, egg, vanilla and beat until smooth. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with nutmeats and cinnamon. Dot with butter. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
