VEAL 
2 lbs. veal cubes
Olive oil
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/4 c. wine and 1/4 water
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in skillet; remove. Saute peppers after slicing in lengthwise strips; remove. Saute veal cubes on all sides over medium to medium high heat. Add garlic; 1/4 cup wine and 1/4 cup water - or 1/4 cup chicken bouillon instead of water. Cook about 20-30 minutes, covered. Return vegetables and cook few minutes more. Good with rice, zucchini and crusty bread. 6 servings.
