TOMATO - ZUCCHINI STIR FRY 
2 tbsp. butter or oil
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 tsp. basil leaves
2 c. thin sliced zucchini
1 lg. tomato

Put butter or oil in skillet, add sliced onion and garlic. Cook slightly. Add basil and zucchini. Cook until crisp tender. Remove from heat. Cut tomato into small wedges. Add to skillet. Cover and let stand 1 minute. Serve immediately.
