PIZZA MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 to 1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. quick rolled oats
6-8 slices Mozzarella cheese

Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Mix thoroughly. Divide meat mixture in half or thirds, to your preference. Layer meat, then cheese, in baking dish, either enclosing both cheese layers or reserving some cheese slice for last 10 minutes of baking to melt on top of meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 5-6.
