PIZZA BURGER MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. onion, chopped
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. cracker crumbs, crushed
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 to 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Mix together the hamburger, onion, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of the oregano, half the tomato sauce and egg. On wax paper, pat into a rectangle 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle all the cheese on except 1/2 cup for topping. Roll up tightly, starting at the short side. Put in greased 8 x 11 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine remaining tomato sauce and oregano. Pour over meatloaf. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes more. Last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle leftover 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and leave in until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
