SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. flour
6 pork chops
1 tbsp. shortening
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Coat pork chops with first 5 ingredients. Melt shortening. Fry chops and cook on low heat until brown. Pour in pineapple juice and vinegar. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cook over low heat about 40 minutes. Serves 6.
