PUMPKIN TORTE 
24 graham crackers
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
1 env. plain gelatin
3 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix graham crackers, 1/2 cup butter and 1/3 cup sugar; press in 9 x 13 pan. Then mix 2 beaten eggs, cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar. Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
