FISH CHOWDER 
2-3 lbs. fish fillets
1-2 stalks celery
1 chopped onion
3 par boiled potatoes
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese

Place fish, celery and onion in water. Add seasoning (salt and pepper if desired). Boil until fish is tender. Add potatoes and boil until potatoes are done. Add milk and cream cheese, bring to a boil, then serve.
