PORK AND RICE HOTDISH 
1 lb. pork roast
1 sm. green pepper
2 c. cut up celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
5 c. water
3/4 c. rice
1 tbsp. sugar
5 beef bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Cut the pork in small pieces and brown. Chop green pepper, onion and celery, put in pan with meat and stir over heat, 7 to 10 minutes. Then remove to casserole and add the rest of ingredients and bake for 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven.
