RICE SAUERKRAUT MEATBALL HOTDISH 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. Saltine cracker crumbs
1 sm. box instant rice
1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato juice
2 c. water

Mix hamburger, eggs and cracker crumbs; make into balls. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour box of instant rice on meatballs and pour on sauerkraut; top with tomato juice and water. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
