TOMATO/RICE MEATBALLS 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
3/4 c. rice
1 lb. lean ground meat
3 potatoes
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Heat soup, broth, celery in saucepan to boiling. Peel potatoes, quarter and drop in hot soup. Add rice to meat, season and roll into balls, 1 1/2" around. Drop meatballs into boiling soup and continue cooking on medium heat for 1/2 hour.
