MEATBALLS AND RICE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2-3 c. cooked rice

Mix ground beef and onion soup, salt and pepper together. Roll into medium size meatballs. Place in skillet or an electric skillet and brown. Cover.

Add 2 cans of mushroom soup and 1 can water. Let simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
