SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 c. tuna, flaked, crab meat or cooked diced shrimp
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise (enough to get consistency you like)

Combine fish, celery, onion and lemon juice and season to taste. Chill. Drain before serving and toss with just enough mayonnaise to hold the mixture together.
