FETTUCINI WITH SEAFOOD SAUCE 
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. soft butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. non-fat milk
1 c. chicken broth
8 oz. scallops, cooked
4 oz. shrimp, cooked
12 oz. fettucini
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Saute garlic in butter until soft but not browned. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth and bubbly. Add milk and chicken broth stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Add scallops and shrimp. Cook 2 more minutes, stirring frequently.

Cook fettucini, drain. Toss together and sprinkle with cheese.
