HAMBURGER-CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion
Velveeta cheese
1 can mushroom soup

Fry hamburger and onion until pink disappears. Line Dutch oven or roaster with very thick slices of cabbage. Sprinkle hamburger over this. Cover with thick cheese slices. Cover this with mushroom soup. Bake at 350 degrees or until done, about 2 hours.
