FRESH PORK AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 to 2 lb. fresh pork, cubed
4 to 6 garlic cloves, minced
1 sm. apple, chopped
1 med. can sauerkraut
3/4 c. water

Drain sauerkraut and rinse well; drain again. Brown pork in large skillet. Add sauerkraut, garlic, apple and water. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

So easy! I floured the pork before browning. Had left over beef stock for liquid. Did not rinse sauerkraut - I like the tang. DELICIOUS!
