CORNED BEEF CABBAGE 
1 can corned beef
1/2 head new cabbage
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. water from cabbage
4 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
Bread crumbs

Cut corned beef into small cubes. Cut cabbage in coarse slices and cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and mix corned beef and white sauce made as follows:

WHITE SAUCE:

Melt butter, add flour and stir in milk diluted with water from cabbage.Stir until thickened. Season.

Place mixture in baking dish and cover with buttered crumbs. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
