CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE SKILLET | |
4 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 lg. onion, chopped (1 c.) 12 oz. shredded cabbage (5 c.) 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, crumbled 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Saute potatoes in large no stick skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook about 10 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add onions and saute for 1 more minute. Add cabbage, corned beef, caraway seeds, pepper and salt. Mix all ingredients well. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until mixture is hot and lightly browned on bottom. |
