E - Z PILAF 
1/2 pkg. coil pasta (fedeo)
1 c. white rice
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 cans chicken broth
2 tbsp. butter

In a large saucepan melt butter. Break up coils of pasta and brown in melted butter, stirring until it is dark, but not burnt. Add rice, mushrooms, chicken broth, and stir. Bring to a boil; lower heat and cover. Continue cooking for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
