CHICKEN PILAF 
3 c. cooked, deboned chicken pieces
1 c. regular white rice
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. chicken noodle soup
1/2 c. butter

Melt butter in saucepan, add rice and brown for 4 minutes. Add boiling water and chicken soup mix to water; stir. Pour into 2 quart casserole, top with chicken pieces, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
