CHICKEN WITH PILAF 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces
Garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt & pepper
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. long grain rice

Rub chicken pieces with garlic salt. Place in greased 13"x9" baking pan and coat with sauce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with butter. Add 1/2 cup water; bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turning chicken once. Add remaining water and rice. Lightly stir to distribute rice evenly. Cover with aluminum foil and continue baking for 30 minutes, or until done. Turn oven off for 15 minutes before removing chicken from oven. Serves 4.
