SCALLOPED POTATO - PORK CHOP
CASSEROLE
 
4 pork chops
4 med. potatoes
2 tbsp. flour
About 1 1/2-2 c. milk
1 onion, chopped
Butter
Optional shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown pork chops in a little oil. In a greased casserole dish, thinly slice potatoes and sprinkle with chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. Mix flour with milk, a little at a time to keep from lumping, pour over potatoes, almost covering potatoes. (Milk will be absorbed as potatoes cook.) Dot generously with butter. Add cheese if desired. Place pork chops on top, cover and bake for about 1 hour (until potatoes are done and liquid is absorbed). 375 degree to 400 degree oven
