PORK CHOP & POTATO CASSEROLE | |
Sliced bacon Sliced peeled potatoes 4-6 pork chops Sliced onion (optional) Salt Pepper Garlic powder (optional) Line the bottom of an oblong baking dish (I use a cookie sheet) with bacon slices. Slice potatoes into thin slices and place on top of bacon (amount of potatoes optional). Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and sliced onions. Place raw pork chops on top. Season to taste and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. No need to turn chops over. Serves 4-6. |
