PORK CHOPS AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
pork chops (as many as you need for family)
2 cans mushroom soup
1 onion
1 bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. water
potatoes, sliced

Layer in baking dish the pork chops, onion, potatoes and bell pepper. Cover with cream of mushroom soup and a little water.

Bake at 325°F to 350°F approximately 1 1/2 hours or until done.
