POTATO - PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6-8 med. size potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. sour cream
4-5 pork chops
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Peel and slice thinly the uncooked potatoes. Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Add potatoes and mix. Pour mixture into a casserole dish. Place potato mixture in preheated oven (350 degrees) for 45 minutes. Brown pork chops; place on top of potato mixture, bake for another 15-20 minutes. Serves 4-5. (Can substitute browned sausage, patties or ground for pork chops.)
