PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
4 boneless pork chops 1 can cream of celery soup 1 onion, chopped Dash of pepper 4 potatoes, thinly sliced 1 c. evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. grated cheese Brown pork chops on both sides in greased 2 quart baking dish. Arrange potato slices, place browned chops over potatoes. Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper; mix well and pour over chops. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
