PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
4 boneless pork chops 2 tbsp. oil 4 c. thinly sliced new potatoes, leave skin on 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. water 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown pork chops in oil and season. Place chops in a baking dish. Top with potatoes. Combine other ingredients except cheese and pour over potatoes. Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours or until pork chops are tender. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and return to oven to melt. Serves 4. |
