PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
Brown pork chops in chopped onions and butter. Arrange sliced raw potatoes in casserole and lay pork chops over top. In the same skillet that the chops were browned in add 1 large can of evaporated milk and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and mix with the meat drippings. Pour over potatoes and bake until done.
