SCALLOPED POTATOES & PORK CHOP
CASSEROLE
 
6 pork chops
8 potatoes
2 cans mushroom soup
3 lg. onions
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. grated cheese

Brown pork chops in oil. Cut your potatoes in 1/4 inch slices and put in a bowl. Mix soup with 1 can milk and pour over potatoes. Now mix the grated cheese and put pork chops on top. Fry the sliced onions and put on top of pork chops. Then bake on 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
