SWEDISH CREAM 
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 c. plain yogurt
1/8 tsp. almond extract
2 to 3 c. fresh strawberries, raspberries or blueberries.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together first four ingredients. Place berries in dessert cups and top with cream mixture or layer berries and cream in parfait glasses. Yield 4-6 servings.
