RICE - BROCCOLI BAKE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 c. white rice, cooked

Saute celery and onion in butter until golden brown. Combine soup, water and Cheese Whiz. Cook broccoli 1/2 time as directed on package; drain. Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole and stir well. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
