RICE AND BROCCOLI BAKE 
1/2 diced celery
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 (10 oz.) box frozen, chopped broccoli, uncooked
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 sm. onion, diced
3 tbsp. peanut oil

In a small skillet, cook celery and onion in oil until tender. Add soup, evaporated milk, and Cheez Whiz; mix well. Add broccoli and rice; stir. Turn into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
